WordPress Permission problem

Hello everyone,

I am trying to install WordPress on Debain.
the installation went smoothly thru.

but I am having some issues.

when I try to access http://mysite.com/wp-admin
I get this error “Cannot access /var/www/domains/mysite.com/wp-admin/”

but when I add index.php to it, then I get the login page.
