    I am curious if I start a Web Development company,** can I use WordPress
   platform to develop websites for clients?** Do I need some paperwork to get done,
   or pay anything?

   available in the cpanel to get you started.

 * And just to add… There’s no payment or forms. It’s all free and open. But remember
   that as WordPress is realsed under the GPL license, everything that you do with
   it also has to be released under the GPL license.

 * what is this GPL license? It has any restrictions? Basically i’m going to make
   websites using this platform and then sell them. As a company, is there any king
   of license I should get?

 * A couple of restrictions in practice that I know of:
    1. You cannot relicense GPL;
    2. Without drastic modifications you cannot claim GPL software as your own.
