    I have just put up a website, [http://www.weightlost4teens.com](http://www.weightlost4teens.com)
   and i like to include a forum in it. I am a newbie and I would appreciate if 
   someone could suggest a good plugin which would be appropriate to this site.

   to make sure, i get the best and one which will be appropriate to the site. Can
