# wordpress plugin broken

 * I know there are issues with the new updates but for the most recent update. 
   But now when i try and activate the newest update it crashes the backend and 
   i cant login.. the site stays up but i have to go into the cpanel to delete nextgen
   to get it back working. FYI my wordpress is also up to date.

 * We haven’t encountered reports of our recent NextGEN Gallery versions causing
   fatal errors during updates. Could you let us know if the issue is still persisting
   for you?
 * If it is, I suggest enabling **WP Debug** mode to gather more information about
