 * I’m sure this must have asked many time before but i want someone to advice me
   on this again !
 * There are some wordpress wonderful plugin which the author no longer supports–
   stop developing ….
    – Can i copy the source code and develop a better version!–
   Can i make a premium version of the same and sell it online.

   public code sharing things like Github or SVN.

 * Yes. But you must maintain the credits and copyright. You can modify the code
   and distribute the code without restrictions but you cannot claim that the code
   is all yours if you start with an existing plugin.
