    Hello Support,

    I am interested in your “premium” plugin-addon.
    Before I purchase, can you please clarify my concern.

    Question: Is your membership-plugin based on “WP eMember” or is it entirely different?

    Currently, I use WP eMember membership plugin which has similar features. But it simply does not work with woocommerce. I have error logs reporting failure is happening in woocommerce & webhooks.
    WP eMember support is not responsive and its been less than 12-months since purchase.

    Please do let me know at your earliest convenience and I shall purchase immediately.

    Our woocommerce addon has no issue. I tested it myself just now to make sure. This doesn’t mean that your site won’t have issue though. Conflicts can happen on your site based on the other plugins that you are using.
