 * Hello i have a problem on every site build on wordpress. I cant update my plugins.
   I recently contact my hosting provider and he tell me that is problem on wordpress
   side. Please did you know about this error and how i can solve it?

 * This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins,
   and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable
   them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
 * In case you can’t access Admin Panel, kindly try to disable Plugins via FTP [https://codex.wordpress.org/Managing_Plugins#Uninstalling_Plugins](https://codex.wordpress.org/Managing_Plugins#Uninstalling_Plugins)
