Title: WordPress REST API not working Last modified: January 21, 2022 --- # WordPress REST API not working * Resolved [rkfaulkner](https://wordpress.org/support/users/rkfaulkner/) * (@rkfaulkner) * [4 years, 4 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wordpress-rest-api-not-working/) * Hi I have WooCommerce installed on my site and trying to access using Zapier via the WP REST API. * The link seemed to work for a while but now, when I go into Zapier and try to refresh the fields from Woo I get and error “Input Fields response parse failed.”. * Having dug into this it looks like the issue is with the AIOWPS plugin. * The other day I de-activated & removed the plugin and the REST API started to work again. I then re-installed and reconfigured AIOWPS and the integration continued to work. * This afternoon it has stopped working again i.e. I cannot access the REST API from Zapier. * If I disable the plugin completely, the Zap works. Re-activate and it stops working again. * To try and figure out which settings are causing the issue I have tried a number of things. 1. In Settings -> Disabled All Firewall Rules. The problem persists. 2. In Settings -> Disable All Security Features. The Zap starts to work again 3.
