 * I have used both Amelia free and paid plugin and they both work great.
 * Although i think there is a strong defect that needs to be resolved.
 * Why do the wordpress backend users can **reveal the password that any employee
   have set**? This is not how wordpress handles passwords and for sure this is 
   a security issue.
 * In general, if a wordpress user forgets his password he should follow a procedure
   to set a new one and not **reveal the password that is stored in plain text**
   without any encryption (!) with a click of a button. (check screenshot)
