 * I received this from my webhost, however I have no idea what it means or what
   I can do about it?
    Any help/advice would be much appreciated
 * 1 Analysis of the attack
    1.1 The hackers processed the attack through a security
   leak in your script/s: ./modules/FileManager/postlet/javaUpload.php
 * 1.2 The following malicious file/s have been uploaded to your webspace:
    ./modules/
   FileManager/postlet/.stuff/* ./modules/FileManager/postlet/kaiten ./modules/FileManager/
   postlet/kaiten.1

 * postlet is not a wordpress plugin, per se as it works on many platforms
    you 
   should delete the entire postlet folder and associated files and remove any codes
   from worpress
 * what did the attack accomplish?
    you may need to do other stuff as well
