# WordPress sidebar missing items

 * Hey Guys! I am new to wordpress and soooo confused. I am trying to import my 
   stuff from blogger but I am missing so many things and don’t know how to edit
   the toolbar on the side of the page that I look at. I have researched everything.
   I am missing the plugin link on the left side and when I click on tools nothing
   is there. There is no ‘import’ button at all. Any suggestions?

 * WordPress is like a core with basic functions.
    Then you install plugins depending
   on what you want to need done or need to be able to do. Depending on what plugins
   you have the toolbar is going to look different. For example.
 * You need to add a language
    On the left toolbar there is no choice for language
   Then you need to go to plugins, add a new plug in. Download the plugin for language
   support Activate it and in some cases configure it. Now on the left side there
   will be a choice for language.
 * So my guess is that you have to start to find the plugin that you need and activate
   it.
