WordPress site doesn’t refresh cache on mobile devices

I recently found that my website doesn’t seem to clear the cache when I use it on a smartphone, but does however clear cache when accessed on a PC or laptop.

You will notice that when trying to access the menu on a smartphone that it shows only bullet points.

The cache plugin used on the website is Lite Speed cache.

Any takes on this issue?

please explain a bit what do you mean by “clean cache” ?

and what do you mean by “shows bullet points” ?

If you access the link provided on a smartphone and then click on the menu, you will see following happen to the menu.

The menu should load as a menu with sub menus etc, but doesn’t

I think I may have an idea , but need to double check ,

please provide the report number

you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

I had a look through the website via my smartphone and noticed that the menu doesn’t load/function as before and also the woocommerce doesn’t display as it should, ie drop down menus aren’t working or displaying like they should.

On the PC the website looks fine..

please go to page optm -> js -> defer JS , set it to OFF, purge all , see how it goes

Thank you qtwrk.

I have updated those settings and it helps for the homepage plus image slider to load faster.
The mobile menu is still not working properly though.

okay , let’s try disable all JS options , purge all , see how it goes

Any suggestions of how to manage this on the long term?

@natheritage24 activate JS options one by one, test the site and see which combination works for you

I checked on an iPhone 15 , the menu seems open on me
