 * That looks like the update broke itself. Via FTP or your hosting control panel’s
   file manager, delete the directory wp-content/plugins/backwpup, then reinstall
   the plugin.

 * Hello Steve,
    I updated it via our hosting manager. We have just installed a 
   wordpress there. How can I delete it? Another thing is I can no longer log in
   to our admin panel?

 * How? updated by clicking the update button in wordpress dashboard
 * Delete what? This is from your first post “delete the directory wp-content/plugins/
   backwpup, then reinstall the plugin.?

 * As I said, delete the directory wp-content/plugins/backwpup from the file manager
   app of your hosting control panel. If you need help with that, please contact
   your host.
