 * Hello,
 * i am trying to upgrade my plugin to latest version but unfortunately i am getting
   error.
 * i am using Tortoise tool to upgrade it. i just placed the Latest version folder
   in trunk and clicked commit it. i am getting critical error HTTPs. contact server
   administrator.
 * while when i try to update readme.txt file only, it get updated.
 * anybody have wordpres.org support center email or plugin authority email?
 * need help
