WordPress theme does not load (actiniumize themes)

I uploaded website.

I use actiniumize themes. But the themes does not loaded. And when I try inspect element in chrome it appears message like this on concole :

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

How can I fix it ?
