# WordPress theme doesn't work

 * I installed Fanoe on July 27th and the page instantly went blank. What should
   I do?

 * In order to regain access to your site, you’ll need to deactivate or delete that
   theme using FTP – ask your hosting company how to do that if you’re not familiar
   with it. Then find the theme here and delete or rename the theme’s folder
 *     ```
       wordpress
           wp-content
               themes
                  fanoe - rename or delete this folder
       ```
   
 * WP should then default to twentytwelve and let you back in.
