# WordPress Theme installation issue

 * I have a client who wants to upgrade their website. I am using the Total WordPress
   Theme:
 * [http://totalwptheme.com/](http://totalwptheme.com/)
 * I have tried to install the theme on his version of WordPress using multiple 
   methods and every time I get the following error message:
 * Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_customize_preview() in /data/9/2/95/
   97/2747097/user/3019509/htdocs/wp-content/themes/Total/framework/get_mods.php
   on line 30
 * The hosting company can offer no help. Can anyone give me any assistance with
   this? I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

 * As you use a commercial theme/plugin and need support, please use their official
   support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.
 * Commercial products are [not supported in these forums](https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/forum-welcome/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products).
   You are their customer; I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
