 * Hi, thanks for a plugin that works.
 * On my site I have only WordPress and Facebook comments. The FB comments are automatically
   threaded. The WordPress comments are not, though I’ve ticked this option in the
   WordPress settings.
 * Is there a way for me to force threaded comments in the plugin?
