# WordPress Update

 * I updated to the wordpress platform and it seems as if everything and anything
   has gone wrong. It is no longer allowing me to get into my websites backend at(
   www.vybesource.com/wp-admin). I logged in to GoDaddy found my hosting, clicked
   applications, went into Installtron and clicked it for the redirect. After that
   it just says password is incorrect. I NEED NEED NEED help very quickly because
   this process is halting something my website needs. PLEASE help.

 * Did you perform auto updating or manual updating?
 * – If you did auto updating, then try **MANUALLY** updating. Download a fresh 
   copy of the WordPress .zip file to your computer, unzip it, and use that to copy
   up all files and folders **EXCEPT the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/
   directory.** You may need to delete the old wp-admin and wp-includes folders 
   and files on your server before uploading the new ones. Read the Manual Update
   directions first.
    – **Backup: If you haven’t already done, always backup everything(
   including your database) before doing any actions, just in case something really
   goes wrong.**

 * I’m in!!!! What I had to do was clear my browsing data and clear my cache as 
   well! Thank you so much for the help!
