Please check your php version. WordPress recommends ver 7.2 or higher. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Nineteen theme. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. If so, the only 100% safe way is to restore that backup. * You might want to consider switching to a newer theme instead though. * The betas for WordPress 5.0 have been publicly available for testing for months, to help avoid this very thing.
