# WordPress update 5.5 plugin error

 * Hello Support,
 * After upgrading WordPress to latest 5.5 and update the redux plugin to latest
   4.1.14 the whole site shows blank white screen. After deactivating the plugin
   site do get back to live. ( but offcourse missing pages frames etc due to deactivate
   plugin).
 * Any resolution?

 * Thanks for your prompt response.
    What other plugin do I need to install if we
   need to downgrade the plugin?
 * I have tried downgrading the plugin to .13 version and site didn’t work and if
   disable the plugin site works perfectly apart some content missing due plugin
   deactivate.

 * Ok, first try updating the newest version, I may have fixed your issue. I didn’t
   increase the versions, just delete the code you have and redownload.
 * If that doesn’t work, use this version: [https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/redux-framework.3.6.18.zip](https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/redux-framework.3.6.18.zip)
 * That being said, 3.6.18 won’t work with WordPress 5.5, so it’s in your best interest
   to help me fix the current version. 😉

 * Sorry nothing woked. Sending you site access details to provided email address.
 * Tried: Deleting 4.1.14 version and re-install from plugin library, delete again
   and installed 3.6.18 ( didn’t work) and again updated to 4.1.14 and result is
   same.

 * Turned out to be a WordPress 5.5 jQuery Migrate error. Glad we got it solved!
