 * Hello All,
 * I recently logged into my site hoping to take a look around and familiarize myself
with it. My site is [here](http://www.ways2heal.com/). Someone designed and setup
my site years ago and I had never logged in as Admin before. So, I did and was
prompted by WordPress to update to the latest version. I thought that was a good
idea, so I clicked update and next thing I know, it returns this error. Now,
I cannot log into the backend at all. Before the update, everything on my site
looked fine and I was able to log into the back end. Now, no luck. Can anyone
help me figure out how to access the backend or revert back to where everything
was working? Again, this is the error I get `Fatal error: Cannot redeclare has_shortcode()(
   previously declared in /home1/lwalsh/public_html/myalternativehealer/wp-includes/
   shortcodes.php:154) in /home1/lwalsh/public_html/myalternativehealer/wp-content/
plugins/wp-user-frontend/wpuf-functions.php on line 449` on both the url and
   admin side. Thank you.

 * the error indicate a problem caused by the ‘wp use frontend’ plugin. Connect
to your site files using an ftp app such as filezilla and rename the wp-frontend-
user folder in wp-content/plugins/ to deactivate it.

 * Hi @cubecolour Thanks for your suggestion. I tried logging in via ftp and Filezilla
returned this error: Insecure server, it does not support FTP over TLS. I tried
connecting to ftp://www.ways2heal.com and it won’t allow it. Thanks.

 * You need to contact your hosting company for help in getting connected with filezilla.
