 * Is there any kind of log within WordPress to see what Admin user performed a 
   WordPress update? Such as going from 3.5.2 to 3.6

 * Sorry – there isn’t. There might be a plugin out there somewhere that could help
   but I don’t know of one offhand. 🙁
