# WordPress Users Missing from Email Report

 * Hi, I created a report for the whole year. I’ve had numerous WordPress users 
   access the site but only 5 are showing up. I’m using an unfiltered segmant.

   Could you please confirm what report you are referring to? Also how does it appear
   for those it doesn’t display for?

 * Hi, the email reports under personal settings. I entered the whole year as the
   scope and I know for certain that I had many more logged-in WordPress users using
   the site, but only like 5 logged-in User IDs show up for the year.
 * When I do per week, I have more logged in userID’s than per year.
