 * What plugin is best for backing up all your files on your wordpress site? including
   images/pages/posts and all the data base information? I noticed there are plenty
   of plugins out there with a good raiting which is best?

 * I have never been able to find a plugin that will let you backup the files along
   with the database.
    Therefore, I wrote my own script to do it. If you’d like
