But isn’t Wordpess website’s colour a litte too gray? And the design of the web surely doesn’t show the quality of the blog software. And I personally am not too thrilled with the look and feel of Blogger.com either. The colors are garish and it’s rather cluttered and extremely slow-loading. * I am not saying that the web site is unimportant; in fact it is, besides WordPress itself, the most important thing about WordPress because without the web site how would WordPress be publicized or distributed or supported? * I think it is extremely simple in design; things are very easy to find; there is nothing complicated about it. The bottom line is this: It is how it is and is how the owner wants it to be. And that is all that should matter. Yes, personal I find all of this greyness a bit drab and depressing, but it isn’t my site. Yes I wish there was a little more color, and a little more contrast in some places, but no matter what you do, some one some where is going to find fault for what ever colours get picked. It’s a fact of life. I like the fact that graphics are at a minimum (background) and there aren’t any flashing images that send me into a sizure. You don’t let your readers tell you how your website should look do you? You select what you think looks good. Everyone has their own tastes.
