 * Thanks for using WP Maintenance Mode & coming soon plugin.
 * You can change the email for the contact form by going to Settings > Module. 
   If you will scroll down a little you will find the option to change the contact
   email address.([see here](https://prnt.sc/89S2LabuC9iR))

   latest version and change the email from the editor, in the Form Options tab
