WordPress widget form issue

Hello!
My widget form is not showing properly when I add it for the first time by pressing “add widget” button. When I reload widgets page the form is OK and everything is working. I assume this happens because of WP Ajax calls and not all my js scripts are run.
Any thoughts? Thank you in advance!
