 * WordPress.com is a Multisite setup of WordPress.org. You have very little control
   over the plugins/themes you can use at WordPress.com, but you also don’t have
   to pay for hosting/domain name.
 * If you use WordPress.org, you pay for hosting and a domain name, but you have
   full control over what plugins and themes you use.
