 * I just registered for an account in the WordPress.com and I saw a beautiful dashboard,
   I was wondered if we will be getting the same dashboard on wordpress.org anytime
   soon?

 * Yes, it’s supposed to be part of WP3.8 (I think). But you can have it sooner 
   via this plugin:
