 * Anybody who knows the list of plugins used by wordpress.com
    I know this sounds
   greedy. I just want to know if there’s a plugin for 1. user menu bar on top of
   wordpress mu just like wordpress.com? 2. The cool random blogs “freshly pressed”
   along with “my blog” and etc…

 * Freshly Pressed is not random. The blogs featured are actually hand-selected 
   based on quality of content and popularity.
 * By “My Blog,” I assume you’re referring to that portion of the admin bar. If 
   so, similar functionality will be built in to 3.1’s admin bar.

 * I do know the plugin you were looking for and some of the code can be found in
   the old mu forums.
