# WordPress.com Stats – Another API lockout

 * When I try reactivating the plugin after a hosting move, I get the following (
   nonsensical?) error:
 * The owner of that API Key (kpl05) is not on the access list for this blog. When
   this blog was registered, kpl05’s API key was used. To add you to the access 
   list, kpl05 must visit this blog’s stats dashboard page and use the form at the
   bottom of that page.
 * What is the way to resolve this?
