    Hey all!

One other question I had was this one!

My WordPress site is hosted on my own shared server. It’s a vanilla install of WordPress (not through any third party blog host; I have full root access and have installed wordpress there). Users can of course comment using the comment form and such; but what about integration with WordPress.com?

On other blogs, I can log-in to WordPress.com and comment from my “username”, and I can ‘Like’ blogs AS a blogger. Is this functionality, through plugin or otherwise, available to self-hosted blogs?

In short, I want someone to be able to use their WordPress.com login to comment and like my content; in ADDITION to being able to use the ‘anonymous’ comment form (username, e-mail address, comment.)

The blog I need help with is john.methodistconnexions.com.

As an update; though that URL will redirect; the blog is now located at “aseveryoucan.com”.

Integration with wordpress.com is not possible.

Gotcha, too bad! So users will have to use the default comment form I suppose?

Too bad, there’s so much other WordPress.com integration with jetpack.

Jetpack works with wp as do many plugins. You just have to search them out.

I don’t think you read my reply. I was just saying it’s a shame that this particular integration was evidently not a feature of Jetpack. I use Jetpack for various other features; and it does integrate with WordPress.com (that’s it’s job). You were saying the integration to comments and likes from WordPress.com bloggers was impossible; which is too bad! Not the end of the world, but it would be nice if that was a feature of Jetpack.

No I read it. But I did read it fast :^)

Haha. Well I appreciate the response anyway 🙂 And on the other topic, too.
