    MANY MANY YEARS AGO ====
    a couple of weeks ago, a client at a ‘questionable’ hosting company got spam injected . . . a problem I had never had at any of my other customer sites at other more reputable hosting companies – so I went to the google genie and researched security plugins, and as we all know, there are basically 3 that are highly rated and downloaded . . so I choose the first one, installed it, ran it and if found nothing . . . I then un-installed it and went to the next one, WordFence, and it found 2 ‘bad’ files which I deleted – it found the exact location of the spam injection in my client’s core WordPress code . . . which I then was able to manually delete – wow – this plugin is just fantastic – thanks for creating this – I will consider buying your premium version, just to pay you something as I feel guilty of what it did for me, for free
    11/17/22 update ====
    above was years ago (I have no idea how many) – I have been using this product for years now on all my sites – FANTASTIC
    I recently had a problem that was detected with the free version, deleted and repaired all files and the site crashed and burned
    decided to try premium to fix it – ran it, found errors, fixed it (repaired and deleted files), expanded scan, found more error, fixed it – BAABLAM – all fixed
    can’t say enough about the quality of this product or the service they provide
    YOU CAN’T GO WRONG TRYING THIS PLUGIN!`
