 * Can someone give me some details on how this works if a campaign is successful?
   Is there any integration between the plugin and Stripe and/or PayPal to release
   funds automatically, or is this a manual action?

 * When using PayPal adaptive payments funds are “pre-approved” i.e. not taken, 
   once the campaign ends or reaches its goal funds can be collected and split with
   the site admin and the campaign author.
