# Working without shortcodes

 * As the title states, I’m looking to use Supportcandy on my website, but not as
   a shortcode.
 * I want to integrate it with Pods Framework, but I cant seem to make relationships
   between the tickets and Pods.
    I’m not too knowledgeable about building websites
   or working with code, so I don’t know how to make it work.
 * Any ideas?
