 * Hi [@tanvirroky](https://wordpress.org/support/users/tanvirroky/), they don’t
   need to be mandatory. It is option inside custom form field settings. Just uncheck
   required checkbox. Also if you are using some kind of caching engine on your 
   WP site please purge cache.
