    I purchased the pro version and tried to install the theme, but it did not install. I applied to customer support, but there was no answer or solution.

    Hello, we tried to reply to you but were unsuccessful. All our replies were blocked due to your spam policy on your email server.

    Because you send us login credentials to your site, we checked your install and write message (new page) with possible solution. If you not find it, go to WP Dashboard – Pages and check draft pages.

    Possible solution to your problem – Demo import needs to write files to your server, but it is blocked by your server and requires the FTP credentials. Disable this FTP login credentials on your server and try the demo import again.
