 * I’ve seen post describing that but they are marked as resolved. But I tried all
   methods listed here:
 * >  Try:
   > – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s
   > folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder
   > name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.
   > – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.
   > – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a
   > fresh download of WordPress.
   > – running the upgrade manually via wp-admin/upgrade.php
 * None of them works – I tested it on a couple of different sites.
 * Tricky thing – one site was upgraded before the translated edition (PL) was ready,
   and then the admin was ok. But in all other cases, where site was upgraded in
   translated edition, the upgrade process gave broken admin.

 * This one for example:
 * [http://salesense.openmedia.netmark.pl/](http://salesense.openmedia.netmark.pl/)
 * Plugins folder renamed. Twenty Eleven in use.
    wp-admin/upgrade.php tried but
   it says database doesn’t need upgrade.

 * And the other 2 steps?

 * re-uploading all files & folders
 * Done. No effect.
    Manual uploading 3.4.1 fixes the issue. Upgrade to 3.4.2 breaks
   admin again.
 * And the second step? I think I did all you mentioned.

 * You need to carry out all of the steps in order.

 * I did it in order now.
 * It was better – I saw the admin as it should look like. But the first “click”
   on any menu item reverted the changes.

 * Try checking your site’s error logs for clues.
