WP 3.5: Title issue

I did a clean install of WP 3.5, installed qTranslate 2.5.32 & qTranslate Slug 1.1, update the configuration file from 3.4.2 to 3.5 but now the_title() always returns the same content (which is not the current page) & WordPress SEO (by Yoast de Valk) returns the same content instead of the correct title of the page…

I disabled the qTranslate Slug plugin and the contents is correct (even though all languages together)… I first thought that qTranslate was causing the issue, but that is not true.

Someone has an idea? I can’t downgrade tot 3.4.2 as it seams that the DB has changed between 3.5 & 3.4.2 (and this is a clean install)… I am supposed to go live with the website by tomorrow…
