WP 5.3.2 have issues

Hi,
I installed fresh latest WP 5.3.2 version and nothing install after it.
I checked ‘Site Health Status’ and founded another time this issue.
I got this issues in many of my clients sites with wp 5.3.2/PHP 7.3

I checked all posts and not get yet solved this issues.
I deactivated the Firewall of server also but also get this issues.
