This may be a case of a failed update, although I would first try disabling all other plugins and defaulting to a theme like Twenty Twenty-Four just in case it’s a conflict. If the page works when Wordfence is the only enabled plugin, try enabling everything one-by-one to see when the problem reoccurs.

I’ve just been made aware of a possible issue where a mod_security rule hitting a false-positive causes only one page to fail.
If you’re able to temporarily turn off mod_security from your host’s control panel and confirm if that fixes the issue, turn it back on and ask your host for assistance changing its settings to avoid false-positives. It’s not ideal to keep it turned off altogether, so finding the specific rule causing the issue and just turning that off would be the ideal solution.
