Please contact your hosting service provider. Since the domain is not accessible, they have to check what is wrong with the domain.
@lichael06 Please contact with your hosting provider. Seems domian and hosting connection issues. Hope they will provide you solution.
THanks
From the initial post, it seems @lichael06 is on a self-managed Google Cloud server. Good luck getting help from Google (or any unmanaged cloud hosting provider for that matter) to resolve a domain-related issue when the server is reachable 😀
@lichael06: It seems you made a classic rookie mistake: You pointed your root domain (@) to your server, but not the www subdomain.
So example.com works, but not www.example.com
Meanwhile, your WordPress site is set up to use www.example.com!
To fix your issue, simply open up your DNS manager and add an A record for www, pointed to the same IP address where @ or your root domain is pointed (or add a CNAME record for www, pointed to @ or the root domain).
Good luck!
Hi Guys,
Thanks for the answers, I can already access my website.
