wp-admin login redirects/refresh

All of a sudden on my clients website, every time I try to log in to WP-Admin It redirects me or refreshes back to what seems to be the same page. Ive tried everything I can think of so far including:
Resetting .htaccess
Updating the config file with the www. in the host name
Turning off plugin folder (Although I’m using w3 total cache and it starts throwing up errors) I’ve disabled the w3 plugin and all the relevant files and the site just hangs)
Ive emptied the cache.

Not sure what else to try. I just can’t log on.
