# WP Admin not loading

 * I recently added a sub domain and was setting up wordpress on it. But now my 
   original site does not load and neither does the admin area. Here is the error
   message I get:
 * Warning: require(/home/footywo1/public_html/wp-includes/load.php) [function.require]:
   failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/footywo1/public_html/wp-settings.
   php on line 21
 * Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/footywo1/
   public_html/wp-includes/load.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/
   php’) in /home/footywo1/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 21
 * I hope someone can help because I really do not want to start again.
