    It looks like the update wasn’t saved completely. You can fix this by performing a manual update as described here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/documentation/article/updating-wordpress/#manual-update

    Unfortunately, I’m not sure which plugin you’re referring to. With the manual update method described above, only the core files are replaced – not the plugins. If you’ve just deactivated them, please reactivate them.

    yes am now reactivate my all old plugins – No problem perfect working admin panel.

    as per your guideline follow the steps – only the core files are replaced 7.0 version.
