    Hi my page is not opening kindly help

    You have specified 2 different URLs as home and siteurl. Once with and once without https:// for it. But these should be identical URLs. You would have to log into a database administration of your hosting and adjust the entries home and siteurl in the wordpress table options, so that they are identical. If necessary, the support of your hosting can help you.
