# WP Admin redirect loop with HTTPS

 * Hey, so I decided to make my site force SSL but now I’ve messed my website up.
   The certificate was installed fine and everything, it worked when I had a basic
   site up but using WordPress is another matter.
 * I changed the website address and url in the admin area, but now it takes me 
   to a redirect loop error page (Chrome) when I try and view anything in there.
   Plus the main site displays the content except for anything I’m pulling in like
   stylesheets or fonts because it’s being loaded over HTTP instead.
 * I’ve searched and searched and searched and everyone has a different answer to
   getting HTTPS on WordPress. I’d rather not use a plugin because it should be 
   something very simple. Is there an option somewhere I can change in the code 
   perhaps?

 * Okay so I’ve fixed the issue with the redirect loop. I’ve changed the links in
   the back-end so the site url is http but the home url is over https. So it’s 
   displaying everything now, just not loading any stylesheets still. So any suggestions
   please?
