Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
what do you mean by “just went blank”? while you were watching? or after you did something?

Ensure that you have a copy of the default theme for your copy of WordPress uploaded in wp-content/themes.
The current default theme is Twenty Sixteen: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/themes/twentysixteen/
If you’re running an older version of WordPress, try Twenty Fourteen: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/themes/twentyfourteen/
Both can be downloaded from there, unzipped, and uploaded manually to /wp-content/themes/
Also, even though the front of your site didn’t work with the current theme’s directory renamed, did wp-admin work?
