 * In WP 2.6 beta 2: `/wp-admin/options.php`
 * What is this page all about?? It looks like a place where you inexperienced users
   can do a lot of damage…
    Do not know how exactly I got to that extension, but
   it looks impressive!
 * Can anybody tell what the purpose of that page is?

 * is it a big list of settings with fields you can change? thats in 2.5.x too, 
   and Im fairly sure it was in 2.3.x also.

   question: what is its purpose?
